From JJ Hospital's corridors to Wagholi's families.
Medicine is learned in books, but paediatrics is learned in rooms — small rooms where a baby cries, a mother worries, and a doctor must decide in minutes what a family will remember for years. Dr. Sachin Bhise trained in exactly those rooms.
His MBBS came from Grant Medical College & Sir J. J. Hospital, Mumbai — one of the oldest and most demanding medical institutions in the country. There, in crowded wards and busy casualty lines, he learned to examine a child properly before reaching for anything else. The habit never left him.
Specialisation in Paediatrics followed through the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi (DNB), where the focus sharpened: newborn physiology, childhood infections, growth and the thousand small details that separate good care from excellent care.

A Fellowship in Neonatology & Paediatric Critical Care at Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College, Pune, added the skills that matter most in the first month of life — stabilising the newborn, managing jaundice and feeding problems, and supporting families through the anxious early days.
Then came a less obvious but defining choice: a Diploma in Paediatric Allergy & Asthma (DPAA) with the Advanced Allergy Asthma & Immunotherapy Academy. Wheezing, eczema, allergic rhinitis — the chronic conditions that quietly drain a family's nights — became a dedicated area of his practice.
In Wagholi, he chose to practice slowly, deliberately: unhurried consultations, honest answers, and a clinic where the phone and WhatsApp are answered because parents deserve a pediatrician who is reachable.
